My 37 weeks appointment was today. I'm at 2.5 cm and 60% effaced. That's a lot further than I thought I'd be!
So my doctor went ahead and let me schedule an induction date. So July 15th is the date, if not sooner. I've been having a lot more contractions than with Lindsay, or maybe I'm just noticing them more. I'm wondering if I'll even make it! That would be nice.
Any bets on when Baby Kate will come? (Yep, we've decided on Kate.)

kate is a cute name! man, I was at 3 cm. for a month! so, I hate to be pessimistic...BUT, ok, throwing that away, I guess july 11th. that's my guess!:) it's a saturday, so very convenient for peter.:)
Oh I love the name Kate!! We've had that name on the short list for girl names for a long while - I think it's super cute. I'm with the previous commenters thought of july 11th - because that's my birthday! :)
Okay- I was seriously thinking July 11th BEFORE I read the comments! do-do do-do (like Twilight Zone- or all the do-do you're gonna be changing soon, whichever you like best :)
Apparently 7/11 is when Kate is coming, because that's what I was thinking before I looked at the comments too! But only because it's my sister's birthday. And my dog's birthday too (no joke).
I'll break the trend. I'm going with the 15th. (But for your sake, I hope the 11th.)
